140 char is a blog dedicated to the growing trend of microblogging, including Twitter, Plurk, Jaiku, Pownce, Tumblr and Seesmic.

It’s a collaborative blog by microblogging advocates and addicts. And as the name implies, we’re allowed up to 140 Characters, so if you want to get involved, let Dan Thornton know and join the conversation!

Dan Thornton is Community Marketing Manager at Bauer Consumer Media by day,  blogger at The Way of the Web at night. He spent seven years as a journalist and still writes on a freelance basis, and until recently edited Disposable Media online magazine for fun. Now he spends time changing his son’s nappies instead. He’s still favouring Twitter to Plurk. Email him at thewayoftheweb at googlemail dot com.

Jo Jordan is a work psychologist and she writes, speaks and consults on positive psychology in the work place. She also blogs at Flowing Motion and Social Media Mafia. She thinks the 21st century is surprisingly fun and that we are about to see a revolution in the workplace based on positive psychology, new media, games and a powerful Gen Y.

Justin Fleming is a freelance web designer. He loves web usability and also holds a part-time marketing position. He is an ideas man and muse to the industry, a cyberpunk & gadget fanatic, who dabbles in photography and has a passion for games. He is a blogger and best of all, father.
