Thanks for the comment and your response - as I said I don't know the details, so can't comment at all on what happened - and I'm happy to test the site shortly.
I'm glad to see the privacy policy and TOS are in progress - I don't think it's necessarily something that should be left until last, but the fact that it will be in existence is a good step!
I look forward to seeing what happens with Twitblogs, and trying it for myself!

Thank you for taking the time to talk about us, but you really do need to look at how much everyone else is talking up the product and yes look at Twitter Search because 10,000+ people have tried us and enjoyed the service.

The vast majority clearly think it a positive step forward for Twitter and have trusted the site like any other 3rd party site of Twitter. Also if I may say Sam is not the owner or founder of the group. He is a member of the team of which there are nearly 10 of us.

Do not fear the site without a TOS, many many 3rd Party sites are without a TOS and most never include one. We on the other hand will have a basic one up soon as we just didn't realize we would get so much press.

Please notice that as much as TC talks badly about one of our team members he actually never contacted myself to talk about Twitblogs, he never asked any questions especially with regards to Sam Sethi's role was within Twitblogs.

Also it never got told we were testing at the time the site 'got out' and that was why we had no Privacy Policy and still are working on our TOS.

Cheers
